just stand quietly beside me.
Alohaaaaa. (:
Typical school day like always, just that I woke up at 6 today,
half an hr later than usual, but of course, I won't be late for school. =P
The newly scheduled time-table for Wednesday is simply fabulous. :D
No mathematics and Physics/Chemisty, and what I love bout it
is the 3-periods Social Studies and right after PE is recess,
just nice to save 408 from long queues at the canteen. xD
Mrs Cho isn't ard for today's STAR lesson,
Miss Goh and Miss Haliwah took over the class.
(pardon me if it's the incorrect spelling.)
pretty nice Wednesday isn't it? :D
Mum and Dad are going to Bangkok in mid-July,
Yea, time for them to enjoy themselves, my parents really need a
break from work, it must have been hard on them. (:
Maths Tution tml, and
what Mdm Natasha said in class today was really. smth to reflect on.
She's a really nice SS tcher. (:
Sigh, laziness is really getting me, I'll go bonkers,
if I dun start working hard now.
Why is it like this all the time, I know what to do to improve academically wise,
but I still won't work hard for it.
No wonder there's a saying, ppl will only learn to cherish after losing everything.
Hopefully I will wake up soon, and overcome the laziness in me. X:
Buck Up, everyone. (:
/edited.
Just browsed through afew of my primary school mates blog,
some that I used to be close with, some, not that much.
But, what I want to say is just that, I miss being in primary school. ):
I miss 4/3, 5/5, 6/5. Yankai, Eileen, Royston, Pei Yun, Shin Ling.
And many more, Miss Cindy, (my form tcher for two yrs.)
Actually, she got married, but I forgot she's Mrs _____. xD
those kuku hairstyles we had in the past, and those lame arguments we got into.
Although it's really dumb, but smth worth remembering,
esp. when I see my primary school every day I walk home for the bus stop from the secondary school I've been for 3yrs++.
Had to say, many changed, or all of us changed, most of them in a good way.
which is a fabulous thing.
Have to say the truth, It would be nice to have a ex-class outing, see the changes in everyone I used to be so close with.
Where everyone will seems to be paiseh with each other, and the whole scene awkward.
That's why, it will be better, to be surprised by how much they changed through blogs they are having,
and better still, bump into any of them while I walk on the streets of Orchard Road perhaps? (:
And now, I'm gonna leave EV alr, soon enff.
What will I feel by then? (:
Anw, I'm currently reading this book, A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini.
The book is really good, love the setting, and the storyline.
just like his first book, The Kite Runner.
Its a pity I didn't get to watch the movie of The Kite Runner. (:

A Thousand Splendid Suns tells the story two women against the background of the last forty years in Afghanistan. Mariam was born an illegitimate child in 1959 and was married off to a man from Kabul when she was 15. Her husband was abusive and cruel and he forced her to wear a burqa even though many liberal women in Kabul were free to go without it. Laila was born just before the Russian invasion and had dreams of a life of education and travel. A bomb kills most of her family and she recovers from her wounds in Mariam's house. While the woman bond, Mariam's husband has his eyes on Laila. With the emergence of the Taliban, the women have few options, if any.
The second novel from Khaled Hosseini (The Kite Runner) has received mostly positive reviews with the Rocky Mountain News saying, "A Thousand Splendid Suns is an important, provocative work.
The rich and violent history of Afghanistan provides a backdrop that informs and saturates the story. Hosseini's characters, Mariam and Laila, are unforgettable; their compassion for each other and love for their children is devastating. Hosseini has succeeded in writing another epic tale, a novel not to be missed."
